Below are scheduled training dates for the Cohort. (locations subject to change):

Training #1, “Know Your Leadership Strengths”, Oct 3-4 (1.5 days. Day 1 will begin @ 5pm.  Day 2 will run from 9am – 4pm) in Ontario.

Training #2, “Basic Awesome Communication/ Reframing  Leadership / Emotional Intelligence’, Dec 4-6 (2.5 days.  Day 1 will begin @ 5pm.  Day 2 will run from 9am – 7pm, Day 3, 9am-4pm) in Santa Clara.

Training # 3, “Facilitating Great Meetings”, Jan 30-31 (1.5 days. Day 1 will begin @ 5pm.  Day 2 will run from 9am – 4pm) in Millbrae.

Training #4, “Change Resilience and Facilitating Change”, March 25-26 (1.5 days. Day 1 will begin @ 5pm.  Day 2 will run from 9am – 4pm) in Orange County.

Training #5,  “Creating High Performing Teams”, Apr 30-May 1 (1.5 days. Day 1 will begin @ 5pm.  Day 2 will run from 9am – 4pm) in Sacramento.

Cohort finale, “Creativity and Innovation / Decision Making and Problem Solving”, June 10-12 (2.5 days. Day 1 will begin @ 5pm.  Day 2 will run from 9am – 7pm, Day 3, 9am-4pm) in Ontario.

In addition to these programs, there will also be be couple of optional programs at the upcoming 2019 CLA conference in Pasadena and one program called “My Leadership Journey” which will feature a number of well-respected leaders in library land talking about how they got to where they are today (and what they learned along the way.  We did this program last year and it was very popular and well-received so we will do it again with a different cast of characters!) This should happen in May 2020.
